The best way is using an amazake made of malted rice.

●【きほんの抹茶】………1回分
For 1 time basic matcha sauce
●米麹甘酒(希釈済)………80cc
80cc amozake made of malted rice (diuted)
◇作り方◇ How to make
①【きほんの抹茶】をつくり、器に注ぐ。
②分量の甘酒(ホットの場合は温める)を加え、軽く混ぜる。
1. Make basic matcha sauce, and pour it into a cup.
2. Add amazake to it (heat it when you'd like to make hot), and stir lightly.
